Nektarynka is a design for a small one-story house. Thanks to its very simple shape, it is inexpensive and easy to build. Despite its small size, the house has a large living room with space for a dining room, a practical kitchen, and two comfortable bedrooms. The vestibule has space for a large wardrobe. To make use of the attic space, a classic wooden ceiling with an opening for a pull-out staircase was designed. Another advantage of the design is the utility room with direct access to the garden. The building has been equipped with solid fuel heating and, additionally, with a gas installation for those who want to use gas heating. Energy-efficient solutions have been used in the creation of the Nektarynka design, ensuring low operating costs.
