Tango IV SZ is a project to be realized using a skeleton construction method. The simple form and small area of this construction guarantee low construction costs and subsequent operating costs for the building. The graphite-colored roof tiles on the gable roof harmonize perfectly with the white plaster, wood, and quartz composite panels. The usable space comprises a living area and a sleeping area. The living area includes the kitchen with dining room and living room, as well as the entrance hall, gas heating room, and bathroom. The sleeping area consists of two spacious bedrooms. A terrace has been designed at the rear of the house, which is accessible from the living room and one of the bedrooms. The compact structure with a small footprint allows the building to be constructed on small plots of land. Tango IV SZ is a great alternative to an apartment in a multi-family house for a family of two or three.
