Little One is our new, independent project for a single-story house designed for people who value functionality, simplicity, and comfort in everyday life. Despite its compact form, this unique house offers a well-thought-out interior for the whole family and is available in two architectural variants—with a gable roof or a hipped roof.

The project has been designed to clearly separate the living area from the sleeping area, providing comfort for both residents and guests.

The spacious living room with dining area and kitchenette (35.63 m²) is the place where the whole family meets every day. Large windows let in natural light and seamlessly connect the interior of the house with the garden or terrace. The open kitchen, with the option of installing a cooking island and a view of the dining area, is both practical and impressive. The living room opens directly onto the covered terrace – ideal for morning coffee or dinner at sunset.

The house has three comfortable bedrooms: the master bedroom (17.20 m²) with space for a large bed and spacious closets, and two additional rooms (12.39 m² and 11.45 m²) that are ideal as children’s rooms, studies, or guest rooms. Residents have two bathrooms at their disposal: a larger one (5.72 m²) with the option of installing a bathtub or shower, and a smaller one (2.60 m²) – ideal for guests.

The Little One project also includes practical solutions that increase the comfort of everyday life. A wardrobe at the entrance (4.79 m²) and additional storage space in the hallway make storage easier. In addition, the space between the vestibule and the kitchen can be used as a practical utility room.
