The stylish exterior cladding is based on a muted color palette, combining light and graphite-colored plaster with wood paneling in warm tones. The gable roof is covered with anthracite-colored folded sheet metal, which contrasts effectively with the white plaster. The delicate bossage cladding of the plaster and the openwork wooden pergola above the terrace adorn the house. The advantage of the functional layout is the optimal use of the available floor space and the clear division into a living and sleeping area, which guarantees comfortable living conditions for the residents. The comfortable living area features a living room, a dining room with a large table, and an open kitchen, whose conventional boundary is marked by a peninsula with a breakfast bar. The pantry adjacent to the kitchen facilitates the storage of food or small household appliances. The sliding patio door seamlessly connects the living area with the garden, and the cozy terrace with pergola becomes a favorite place for outdoor relaxation on summer days. The private sleeping area is located in a separate part of the house. Here we find the master bedroom with its own wardrobe, two children’s rooms, and a shared bathroom with bathtub, shower, and two sinks. The children’s rooms have space for spacious wall cupboards and desks or shelves.
