The Simon IV G2 house project is a single-story building with a double garage and a usable area of 112.31 m². The modern façade, masonry technique, and gable roof make the building an eye-catcher that will delight neighbors, passersby, and friends. In the Simon IV G2 project, attention was paid to the division into a living area and a sleeping area. But let’s start from the beginning. The entrance area of the house has a small canopy. This leads to the vestibule, with the boiler room and garage on the left, which also has space for bicycles, DIY tools, or garden equipment. At the rear of the building are three bedrooms, two shared bathrooms, and a toilet.

The living area features an open kitchen with a practical pantry planned next to it. It is extended by a 34.14 m² living room. The living room opens onto a terrace that will appeal to even the most demanding investors. Some say that this is one of the biggest advantages of the Simon IV G2 design!
